Terms and Conditions of Online Bidding

Registered Online Bidders may bid after they are completely satisfied with their understanding of the online bidding process and have done their due diligence and inspections of the property and/or item.
The Seller and Richardson's Homestead Realty and Auction are allowing Buyers to participate in this auction through both on-site bidding at the live auction and through online bidding using the Internet during the live auction. Both on-site bidders and online bidders are expected to honor any bid they make should it become a winning bid.
Online Bidders acknowledge and understand that the technology used to provide online bidding services may not function effeciently from time to time. Under no circumstances shall Online Bidder have any claim or take any recourse against Seller, Broker, or any individual if Internet or cell phone service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Neither Seller nor Richardson's Homestead Realty and Auction shall be responsible for any missed bids.
In the case of Internet failure, cell phone communication between Richardson's Homestead Realty and Auction and Online Bidder may be used if and when possible.
A Letter of credit may be required for bidding. You may upload here or fax one to 785-899-5045
Once you are approved, Richardson's Homestead Realty and Auction will email a link and a bidder number to you.
All bidders must have completed an application and be approved 24 hours prior to auction.
All announcements made the day of sale shall take precedence over prior printed material or oral statements.
